Alexander Fein, MMSc, MBA, MPH, PA-C, EMT-P, FAHA
Co-Owner & Aesthetic Injector
Alexander Fein is the co-owner of Coastal Radiance Aesthetics, where he and his wife, Joy, have created a practice centered on personalized care, integrity, and natural-looking results. As a board-certified Physician Assistant with an extensive background in medicine, Alex combines clinical expertise with an artistic approach to aesthetic treatments, helping patients look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida before completing his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the Yale University School of Medicine. Committed to lifelong learning, he also earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), further strengthening his expertise in healthcare leadership, patient care, and innovation.
In addition to co-owning Coastal Radiance Aesthetics, Alex serves as a Physician Assistant at Mayo Clinic, where he is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care. His experience as a licensed paramedic (EMT-P), published medical author, peer reviewer, and Fellow of the American Heart Association (FAHA) reflects his commitment to excellence in medicine and advancing patient outcomes.
Alex believes aesthetic medicine is about enhancing your natural beauty—not changing who you are. He takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and develops individualized treatment plans designed to create subtle, balanced, and refreshed results. Whether performing wrinkle-relaxing injections, facial rejuvenation, or comprehensive aesthetic consultations, his priority is always patient safety, education, and exceptional outcomes.
Together, Alex and Joy founded Coastal Radiance Aesthetics with a shared vision of creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Their mission is to combine medical excellence with genuine compassion, helping every patient achieve confidence that comes from looking and feeling their very best.
Joy Sessions

Joy Sessions is the co-owner of Coastal Radiance Aesthetics and Coastal Radiance Salon, where she has combined her passion for beauty, wellness, and patient care to create a welcoming experience for every client. With more than 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Joy has dedicated her career to helping people look and feel their absolute best.
As a licensed cosmetologist and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Joy brings a unique blend of artistry and healthcare experience to the aesthetic industry. Her extensive background in hair, skincare, and facial aesthetics has given her a trained eye for natural beauty, facial balance, and individualized care. She believes that every patient deserves to feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin.
Throughout her career, Joy has built lasting relationships with her clients by taking the time to truly listen to their goals and provide honest recommendations. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service have earned the trust of clients throughout the Jacksonville and St. Augustine communities.
Together with her husband, Alex, Joy founded Coastal Radiance Aesthetics with the vision of creating a practice where advanced medical aesthetics and personalized care come together under one roof. Their husband-and-wife team combines medical expertise with years of beauty industry experience, allowing them to offer comprehensive, customized treatments in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Whether she’s helping someone achieve healthier skin, coordinating personalized treatment plans, or welcoming patients into the practice, Joy is passionate about making every visit a positive experience. Her goal is simple: to help each person leave feeling more confident, empowered, and radiant than when they arrived.
Outside of work, Joy treasures time with her family and believes that genuine relationships are the foundation of everything she does. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community and looks forward to helping every patient feel beautiful—inside and out.
